When I was a high school senior, I attended a summer internship of Fujita Iron Work. That motivated me to join the company. I like making things. So I wanted to work in manufacturing industry in order to make my contribution to people and society. I was particularly interested in Fujita Iron Works among many manufacturing companies. So I decided to join the internship of Fujita Iron Works. Through my real experiences in the machinery section and the production technology section, I was strongly attracted to the integrated manufacture from material to assembly. When I decided to join the company, I also decided to make my contribution to people and society through my work as a part of this company.

Job description

Now I'm working in the production technology section of the technical department, in charge of assembly connecting rod.
The main responsibilities of the production technology section are to design process, making samples and making tooling and jigs. In order to meet our customers' requests, we design process and manufacturing conditions. Also, we make tooling and jigs to support production lines.

About my boss

Everyone of my seniors are all respectable persons who have professionalism in making things.
They are always working seriously, but they were kind to a new worker like me when they gave me guidance and instructions. The atmosphere inside of the company makes me feel like "at home". I can work as myself that's because of the company's custom .

Sense of worth doing

When we make samples of assembly connecting rod, we need to make various preparations and that's a very hard work. However, when I saw the sample completed in the production process which I designed, I was very proud of myself. Also, I feel great when I see the tooling and jigs which I designed is used in our factory everyday.

What I want to do in future

I would like to be a member of production technology section team and would like to do my work with sincerity to become a reliable engineer.
I would like to be an engineer who have the professionalism for making things like my senior workers.
