Job description
My work is inspecting parts in accordance with items listed on a check sheet. Then, if the parts are without any problems, I'll hand out the parts to our shipping staffs.
About my boss
I found my company is a cheerful and enjoyable place. I felt nervous after I made a career change as type of my work were completely different from what I did before. However, my senior workers teach me kindly and carefully, it's easy for me to ask questions to them.
Sense of worth doing
There are hundreds and thousands of the parts to be shipped out and I inspect those parts accordingly. When I complete my inspection work for the required number of parts before the delivery day, I feel a great sense of achievement and worth doing.
What I want to challenge in future
I haven't worked many years in this company yet, but I got used to my work. I'm always trying to work efficiently. There are many thing I still don't understand, but I keep working on it.
To the people who will join Fujita Iron Works
I hope more women in my generation will join our company in future. There are many thing to learn. So I want to work with colleagues who have positive minds.
